3M Beacon Bluff
Loucks Associates worked with the Saint Paul Port Authority (Port) to complete a due diligence effort of 3M’s former 46-acre East Side main campus. The purpose of the study was to identify extant property conditions, potential liabilities, development alternatives and associated constraints.
Loucks utilized the data collected and analyzed to develop multiple conceptual site plans, associated cost options, building coverage, parking counts, storm water areas, green space, site circulation and platting or subdivision needs.
