Loucks Associates is a professional consulting firm with expertise in the areas of planning, civil engineering, land surveying, landscape architecture, and environmental services. Loucks Associates was established in 1976. We provide services for both private and public sector clients, and we are qualified contractors for the State of Minnesota.
