Loucks Associates provided environmental review, site development, surveying, preliminary and final design engineering, and construction staking of the new corporate facility in Golden Valley. This complex included two major office
buildings and a 1,600-stall parking ramp.

Loucks Associates managed the process for the necessary permit approvals,
including the Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW), as well as the
