Barge Channel

This project involves the installation of approximately 1,300 linear feet of sheet pile wall along the northerly side of the existing barge channel for the purpose of expanding the lease area for the St Paul Port Authority. Th is expanded area will be used by the harbor operator to clean and repair Mississippi River traffic barges. The scope of this project also includes a new sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and rain garden design. Nick  Mannel was responsible for the EAW process.  downloadable PDF
