City Bella Redevelopment

This redevelopment consists of 332 apartments, 47,700 square feet of office/retail, and underground parking in  three separate buildings. An urban park plaza built over the underground parking serves as a visual amenity from each structure. The project involved the acquisition and demolition of  existing buildings as well as the vacation of existing street rights-of-way.

Loucks Associates performed:
