Corporate campus design and development involves all the functional components of a site, aesthetic qualities and corporate image. A well-designed campus will meet needs relative to pedestrians, traffic, deliveries, shipping, stormwater and other functional demands – both for the current plan and for future expansion.

Loucks’ teams of experienced planners, engineers and landscape architects will also bring out and enhance the aesthetic amenities of the site. The design process may involve the moderation of neighborhood meetings by our planners, as well as site design that furthers the corporate culture and identity.

The LEED accredited professionals at Loucks will enhance the LEED related team on the project in pursuing LEED certification and in pursuing the sustainable elements of the campus.
