Since 2003, Loucks Associates has been providing site development and engineering design services to CVS Pharmacies for various sites throughout the Minneapolis and St. Paul metro area. Loucks Associates worked with CVS Pharmacies in the development of a due diligence report which provides various information and criteria in analyzing site suitability, including a conceptual layout.

 

 

 

After CVS Pharmacies determines a site suitable for development, Loucks Associates provides land surveying, planning, zoning, site planning, as well as  landscape and engineering design services in the construction of the project.
