Maple Grove Hospital

The site development plan for this project included a PUD Submittal that included a 70,000 square foot medical clinic, a 105,000 square foot ambulatory care center, a 300-bed hospital tower, and additional medical office space. The site faced special challenges as it was in a Tree Preservation Zone. The project was also just one site within a larger development being completed by separate consultants, so coordination and effective communication was critical to the success of the project. Loucks Associates provided surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architecture for the entire site.
