Nordic Ware

Loucks’ work on the eight-acre Nordic Ware site consisted of four separate projects:

1) Loading dock reconfiguration, storm water pond design and
    access redesign;

2) Master site planning and redesign of the outdoor truck storage
    area to include limited truck storage space and employee
    parking;

3) Parking lot and infiltration area design for a new on-site
    retail store and

4) The existing parcels and newly acquired adjacent parcels were
    combined on one plat. Nordicware’s campus includes office,
