Concept Site Analysis and
Considerations
In this presentation, Paul Kangas, L.A., and Jeff Shopek, P.E., or
Mike St. Martin, P.E., focus on which site issues are most critical to
building placement and how existing conditions of the site influence
the configuration of the building and circulation systems. We will show
you numerous sources of maps and data that can easily identify how much
of your site may be buildable. They also share their opinions on how
the design team can work together to provide the best possible solution
and minimize surprises later in the project
