Highest and Best Land Use

In this presentation, Loucks' planners will provide information on the research and technical analysis that goes into determining highest and best land use from a professional planner's prospective. Our team will show how this analysis is used in condemnation proceedings to identify and quantify key land-use related issues inorder to determine the true development-related effects of a taking.
