Phalen Corridor

Loucks Associates was involved in the development of the Phalen Corridor on
St. Paul’s East Side, from I-35E on the west to Johnson Parkway three miles to the east. Loucks provided civil engineering and land surveying services throughout the corridor. Our role involved parcel and easement surveying and subdivision platting during the land acquisition stage for the Westminster Junction Bridge and the entire corridor. In the construction phase of the corridor, Loucks conducted route surveying and remediation surveys for the City of Saint Paul Public Works Department. downloadable PDF
